The highlights here are two episode commentaries by some of the Brady kids: Barry Williams, Christopher Knight and Susan Olsen. They are quick and consistent with comments, and self-deprecating about topics from their music careers to selling props on eBay. They make fun of the show’s simplicity too, riffing on Alice’s men and learning lessons all the time.

Creator Sherwood Shwartz gives a very sparse, slow commentary on the pilot. He’s of the “point out what’s on screen and compliment the talent” school. He hints at some trouble on the set, but doesn’t really talk about it.

Finally, the documentary does not have interviews from some key players, but smartly constructs itself so that it can breeze by them with stock photos and get to the subjects they have interviews for. There’s no point holding out for Florence Henderson to do a DVD interview, so they worked with what they got.
