10 years after Four Weddings and a Funeral turned British rom-coms into an American staple, you can revisit the film with all new features.
Deleted scenes include some wedding priest flubbery, mistaken identity with people shouting at a perfectly hearing man while others let a truly deaf man blubber, and some random profanity. Some others don’t seem so funny, but that’s probably just because I’m not British. There’s also more romance between Hugh Grant and Andie MacDowell including a hot and heavy kiss. Oddly, the “Play All” button doesn’t work.
The three featurettes give you retrospective behind the scenes looks, with new interviews and some old behind the scenes footage combined. Hugh Grant and Andie Macdowell have vivid memories, so these extras complete a fine special edition package. |
