Napoleon Dynamite

This indie hit has a lot of DVD extras. The highlight are deleted scenes. The kickball game, the lottery ticket and the thrift store security camera scenes are funnier than anything in the movie. Pacing schmacing, they should have been in the film.

The original short is interesting to see. The attitude of the film was already formed at that stage, and most of its jokes ended up deleted from the finished film. But enjoy some other actors in the supporting roles and this early version of Jon Heder.
